Projekt Plan is a small boutique project management consultancy business based in both Sydney and Central west NSW. As the ‘feet on the ground’ principal Scott Oehm brings over two decades of industry experience managing all aspects of a project lifecycle from initial inception to construction and client representation. With a Design and Construction Management background, Scott started his career on complex health, commercial and residential projects and as the need arose for strong project methodology to ensure key milestones were being met for stakeholders the business was born.
Acting on behalf of our clients we are skilled in critical thinking and solutions-based project management methodology ensuring projects are executed to deliverables both from a budget and program perspective. We bring comprehensive experience in design management, financial and program reporting, client liaison and representation, contract administration and construction management to the table for infrastructure, industrial, residential and commercial projects particularly those of a sensitive community and environmental nature.
